Apple-Cinnamon Pudgy Pie

I remember the first time I tasted a pie-iron pie. My sister buttered up two slices of white bread while I peeled a Macintosh apple. She sliced the apple thin, arranged it on slice of bread, and poured liberal amounts of white sugar and cinnamon over top. I couldn't believe the magic that came out of that fire! We did them with raspberry jam too. Mmmm.

Best Ever Air Fryer Salmon

There is absolutely NOTHING that compares to salmon that’s been cooked in an air-fryer! I love salmon prepared many different ways, but the air fryer method beats them all (by far) in my opinion. We get that ultra-flavorful crunchy & crispy coating on the outside with a super tender, juicy, and flaky melt-in-your-mouth inside. It’s truly the best salmon I’ve ever had! Wild salmon contains an antioxidant called astaxanthin, this is what makes the wild salmon meat a beautiful dark pink to red color. It’s because of its natural diet! Although wild-caught salmon typically costs more than...

I highly recommend serving this gravy with my Campfire Drop Biscuits or Bisquick Rolled Biscuits in The Air Fryer, they are so simple to make!

Campfire or Stovetop Popcorn

I know it’s such a VERY SIMPLE thing: Stovetop or CampFire POPPED Popcorn, but sometimes we need a little reminder how FUN and EASY it is to make snacks at home!

My kids ABSOLUTELY LOVE it when I take a few minutes to make a special stovetop batch of popcorn for movie night…even more special throughout the holidays!

This is an EXCELLENT snack idea for older children, & growing teens (like my 6) because they really love it, it’s economical, and REALLY EASY!
