To make a regular batch of homemade Gluten-Free Bisquick, you can use the following: 3 cups of all-purpose gluten free flour 1 1/2 tablespoons of gluten-free baking powder 1/2 tablespoon salt 1/2 cup vegetable shortening (make sure it’s gluten-free) Then in a food processor, blend all of the ingredients until it’s fully combined.
How To Store Bisquick Biscuits
Let them cool to room temperature, and then place them into an airtight container. They will last for about 2 to 3 days, at room temperature, for any longer, place them into the refrigerator, where they will last for about a week.
How To Freeze Bisquick Biscuits
If you want to make a batch, they freeze rather well. Prepare them as directed below, and then place them on a greased baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the freezer, and freeze until the biscuits are frozen solid.- Then remove them from the baking sheet, and place the frozen biscuit into a freezer bag. They will last for about 1 to 2 months.
To use from frozen: Place the frozen Biscuits into the Air Fryer Basket and set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. Depending on what air fryer you own, you may have to flip halfway.
